Reserve Venue for possible conference dates
A conference cannot happen without a venue, generally the following rooms will be needed:
- Rooms for core days (3 days):
- One room for all attendees for keynotes and similar
- Further talk room(s)
- Lobby for registration and sponsor tables
- Possibly:
- Room for organization
- Room for catering
- Space for hacking (could be in the lobby)
- Rooms for BoF sessions (3 days)
- Classroom style, generally at least 6 rooms
