Shell emoji input
Emoji input doesn't work consistently by default. The way of inserting emoji in GTK apps doesn't work in Qt apps, for example. There are multiple attempts of fixing this, such as a GNOME Shell Extension, an emoji keyboard, but that's too fragmented.
When using a desktop, is possible to consistently input emojis across all apps using the On Screen keyboard, which can be enabled accessibility settings. But that really isn't an ideal solution.
Maybe there could be a way to trigger an emoji flyout, similar to the screenshot one, and showing the OSK in an "emoji mode".
