TextEditor/Builder/Prompt: Separate light/dark color-schemes
Prompt, Builder, Text Editor currently have only a single color-scheme selector for both light/dark modes in their preferences window, with the assumption that all color-schemes will have both a light variant and a dark variant that go together well.
However, it is often the case that I want to use different color-schemes for light mode and dark mode, as 1) those are two different environments with different needs – e.g. I'd often choose a blueish theme for dark mode but very much prefer warmer colors in light mode, and 2) related to that, some color-schemes have a very good primary variant but their alternate variant is unpleasant – e.g. I love the "Cobalt" color-scheme in dark mode but can't stand its light variant. (And also 3) some color schemes don't have the other variant at all...)
Although it is already possible to create a custom color-scheme that combines variants from two other themes, the methods for doing so aren't officially documented and it usually involves digging through files in the git repository to copy-paste the colors from (and the data formats vary between apps so a generic tool cannot really be made... although I'm probably going to write such a tool for myself anyway).
The feature could likely be implemented without any new UI, just by having the app track two separate color-scheme settings.
