Define optimal line spacing
Background
The line spacing on the Patterns welcome page seems on the low side:
After investigating, it turns out that labels and text views have lower line spacing in GTK 4 compared with GTK 3:
So I'm planning on requesting that the line spacing be increased in GTK 4. However, that raises the question: should we aim to restore it to GTK 3 levels, or increase it further?

Analysis
Reproducing the multi-line text styles in Inkscape, the examples seem to have the following line spacing:
- GTK 3: 130%
- Mac: 141%
- Fluent/Win 11: 137%
It might not be possible to simply compare these numbers, due to the different fonts being used. However, visually it is clear that GTK 3 has narrower spacing than the others:
The proposal of Cantarell with 140% line spacing gives it spacing that's more or less equivalent with Windows 11, and slightly narrower than Mac.
