Rename 'do-not-distrub'->'do-not-disturb'

FeRD (Frank Dana) requested to merge ferdnyc/icon-development-kit:main-patch-d714 into main

The hotel-tag icon is also known as the do-not-distrub icon (note the typo: "distrub" instead of "disturb"). This MR renames the only occurrence of do-not-distrub I could find in the repo — in the icons.json data — to do-not-disturb.
