Annotation icons
In Evince one can annotate PDF documents, and there are plenty of annotation types, like adding a post-it-like notes, highlighting text, underlining text, squiggling text, attach a document on a certain part of the text), and so on.
Here is a screenshot of the current (3.31.2) annotation view, with some icons, plus the toolbar to annotate icons.

- Toolbar: Using text by offering only a couple of annotation types (having icons might allows us to offer more in the future, if space were available)
