Reconsider policy to keep minutes private until announcement
The Board seems to have created a policy of not disclosing decisions until after they have been announced. This makes the work of the Board a lot less transparent and may also easily trigger issues where Minutes are not published later on when the decision has been announced through other channels (see issue #60 (closed)).

I believe it might be worthwhile to reconsider this policy and rather err on the side of people learning about decisions from meeting minutes rather than only from an announcement that may only happen a lot later.
