Further elaborate Foundation's budget pages
Context
This issue was created in order to continue the conversation that @aday and @csoriano began on issue #41 (closed)
Allan's idea was to improve the current documentation around the budget and spending. Here's his suggestion:
Regarding documentation, I see two options:
- Option 1: A human-readable definition of each line item in the budget
- Option 2: A guide to what sources of funding are available to foundation members, with links to the person/group responsible, such as:
- Travel sponsorship -> travel committee
- Funding to hold small events or do promotional activities -> engagement team
- Other small requests -> executive director
- Other large requests -> board
Option 2 could possibly form part of 1, if that's what we want.
