	* gutils.c gmessages.c: Moved g_error, g_warning, g_message and
	g_print from gutils.c to new file gmessages.c, to avoid having to
	include <unistd.h> in gutils.c which was causing problems for the
	g_strsignal implementation on FreeBSD boxes.
