Migrate Planet GNOME to Deneb theme

Initial work to migrate GNOME planet to deneb theme. A quick list with the changes:

  • Header and footer sections are now consistent with other GNOME websites.
  • Added a CSS class for circular avatars #3
  • Bumped JavaScript to 2.1.4 version (requirement for Bootstrap theme)

There's plenty room for improvement and cleanups, but until we finalize the layout and style for the "new" planet, old CSS files need to stay for other planets.
