[RFC] Introducing "Guest Posts" to Planet GNOME
This is a proposal to create a process for featuring "guest" articles in Planet GNOME from authors that aren't planet gnome members.
As an editor for Planet GNOME over the years I have been approached a few times by people that perform work that is a bit "tangent" to what we do in GNOME (so that they aren't foundation members) but still in specific occasions they would want an article to reach our development community through Planet GNOME.
Considering editors have the responsibility of moderating Planet GNOME and managing its participation, my proposal is that "Guest Posts" could be suggested here in this issue tracker by people that want articles to be featured in Planet GNOME but the authors aren't planet members. With this, our community can openly discuss and review them. Once considered "ready to publish", an article would be posted to Planet GNOME by one of the editors.
