views_api: Fix sort order when sorting by review 'score' value

Sid requested to merge sid/odrs-web:fix_sort_order_in_fetch_post into master

Here, we sort the reviews by submission date (most recent review first) before sorting them by score, so the results would not be in random date order, when the score values are same for the reviews.

Fixes #25

Below are the fetch response for GNOME Boxes before and after fix (limit=30 reviews)

Columns in results:

  • Review creation datetime (epoch seconds)
  • Review creation datetime (string format)
  • Review score
  • Review summary
