HIG versioning

Description
http://library.gnome.org/devel/hig-book/ shows the "available version" of the HIG as 2.20.0, whereas the actual document version number is 2.0. I can change the version number in the doc if need be, but it doesn't really make sense to tie revisions of the HIG to a specific version of GNOME IMHO.
Also the draft/devel version (in the hig-2-1 branch [1]) isn't currently accessible from the website, which is a regression from developer.gnome.org. Is this a matter of policy for l.g.o, or can it be added to the 'available versions' page? I don't particularly want to keep maintaining it in web-devel-2 just so people can read and review it online.
[1] Personally I'm also just finding the whole notion of having the stable version of the doc in the trunk (where you'd normally do dev work) and the dev version in a branch (where you'd normally have the stable version) utterly confusing, but I guess I'll get used to it :)
