Description
This option does not seem to be available.
The manual text resize using <ctl>
+ and <ctrl>
- option works for me, but this is not stated anywhere (e.g. an accessibility statement) and tech 'unsavy' or people reliant on pointing devices may not be able to make use of the option.
An accessibility statement could go some way to making the site more available.
Generally it seem to not be so responsive to various screen dimensions so improving this would likely help pinch zooming among other things.
Adding
between <head>
and </head>
is a simple way to improve responsiveness but (please be wary about forcing a maximum-scale)
w3 have some advice about device independence http://www.w3.org/TR/WCAG10-TECHS/#gl-device-independence but CSS is an important role in this too.
instead of using
font-size:Xpx;
using
font-size:Xem;
Allows the user (and their device) more control over the appearance and size of fonts on the screen from the offset.
Word press also have an accessibility plugin which might be useful for people who look for a text-resize button on websites.
