These lorries were created automatically using the tool bst-to-lorry

Some manual changes were made, in particular

- The gnome gitlab lorries were removed it was decided we shouldn't
mirror these because we host them anyway
- Any lorries with a single character in the url were edited (e.g. /p/
to /p_/)
- The raspberrypi/firmware lorry was removed. It caused problems by
trying to upload a 20GB file)
- Any tar files without a url structure were given the lorry key
