Allow bug reporters to set issue labels
It's not possible to set labels when filing an issue: ttps://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-control-center/-/issues/2174#note_1607685
The Gitlab documentation claims anyone can add labels, so if it indeed doesn’t work then that means sysadmins have changed it. Possibly spam related, would be good to reach out to them to find out.
