Bump log limit for flatpak-aarch64 runners

Runner: #276 (ZMgTZdTu) dh-aarch64-02 during this job hit the default log limit. We have bumped the limit for all the other runners iirc anyway.

Job's log exceeded limit of 4194304 bytes.
