Syntax error in .page should tell me the error, not "page not found"

Description
-
View a Mallard document, say, document.page
-
Edit document.page and deliberately insert a syntax error.
-
Mallard says, "Page not found", as if the file had been deleted. This makes it hard to have an editor and Yelp side-by-side to edit documents while seeing how they look.
Also, if you have a .page file with a syntax error, all links to it are not shown at all. E.g. a syntax error in subdocument.page will cause it not to show up at all in index.page. In this case, the link should be shown, maybe with some indication that it has a syntax error. (I'm not sure how to handle syntax errors near the toplevel <page>
declaration, though.)
