provide help pages for Yelp itself

Description
As far as I can tell there is no help on Yelp itself. I think it should exist. Of course, Yelp (like other GNOME programs) should be so easy to use that users won't often need to look at a manual, but help pages are still important. Yelp has features such as pressing Ctrl+S to search that are not immediately discoverable, and help pages would be the right place to explain those.
To avoid confusion, we might not want to have a menu item in Yelp that opens the Yelp help. But it could reasonably appear in the All Help Documents list.
