Draft: Fix ubuntu build test

The CI ubuntu build test fails because it installs xdg-desktop-portal version 1.16.0, when Ubuntu Mantic (the one with GNOME 45) comes with xdg-desktop-portal 1.18.0 and the current branch requires xdg-desktop-portal 1.17.0 at least.

This patch fixes it.
