screenshot: Use Shell's interactive screenshot

Georges Basile Stavracas Neto requested to merge feaneron/xdg-desktop-portal-gnome:gbsneto/shell-interactive-screenshot into main

Instead of presenting this old-style GTK window, use the fancy screenshot tool built-in in GNOME Shell for that.
