Description
Gnome-terminal crashes when:
- there is more than one terminal open,
- pressing Ctrl+C when one of the terminal doesn't have any text.
How to reproduce:
- Open an xterm (or any other terminal; just not gnome-terminal)
- Type: gnome-terminal &
- In the same xterm, type: gnome-terminal -e 'bash -c read'
- In the gnome-terminal that has just appeared (the one that's running "read"), press Ctrl+C.
- BAM! "Application "gnome-terminal" (process 308) has crashed due to a fatal error. (Trace/breakpoint trap)"
This message appears in the xterm: ** ERROR **: file vte.c: line 6791 (vte_terminal_process_incoming): assertion failed: (_vte_buffer_length(terminal->pvt->incoming) > 0) aborting...
