Description
I always use Alt-f to move my cursor to the next word, use Alt-d to move to the next word. But the 'File' menu opened when I press 'Alt-f' in gnome-terminal. Only 'f' is inputed if I check the 'disable all menu mnemonics'. So there is no way to let me input 'Alt-f' to the shell. And I also want to use emacs in gnome-terminal, the frequently 'Alt-x' is input just 'x'. So I have to press ESC and the x, it is too trouble. So I think gnome-terminal should provide a way to block these accelerators. In fact, the usage of these accelerators are more then shell/emacs edit key binding for me.
