Description
Package: gnome-terminal Severity: normal Version: 2.0.0 Synopsis: M-Tab sequence (bash history completition) do not work at all Bugzilla-Product: gnome-terminal Bugzilla-Component: general
Description: Description of Problem:
In old release (1.4) this sequence was enabled, now I can't find any way to make it work.
I've setted window cycle to M-C-Tab sequence, also in emacs M-Tab (competition in editor buffer (not mini buffer)) work.
The problem is simply that gnome-terminal do not pass-throw the keybord sequence (or it don't pass that correctly)
Actual Results:
It hurt me
Expected Results:
That having a configurable keybord sequence make sense (swishing to kde is not so bad if gnome work so awfull)
How often does this happen?
Too much
Additional Information:
I'm not crazy, just I want to use a terminal that complete command .... just like a terminal emulator should does.
(standard shell is described in posix and sigle unix specification)
