vtxxx scroll regions not reset correctly

Description
Package: gnome-terminal Version: 1.2.4
Neither the "reset terminal" context menu or the vtxxx "reset terminal" escape sequence - "ESCc" - will reset previously defined vtxxx scroll regions (as used by splitvt for example).
In fact, it appears that gnome-terminal silently ignores the reset terminal escape sequence - on real DEC hardware, this should be equivalent to a power cycle as far as the terminal's state machine is concerned.
