Manually draw new terminal graphic glyphs U+1FB00..1FBFF
Continuing from bug 587049:
According to the current status of the Unicode Pipeline, it looks like 202 new "Terminal graphics symbols (Symbols for Legacy Computing block: 1FB00..1FBFF)" glyphs have been accepted (appear with light green background under "Characters Accepted for Version 13.0").
Unicode 13.0 is scheduled to be released on March 10, 2020, just a few days after our next stable 0.60.0.
I could find L2/19-025 about their codepoint mapping, although I'm not entirely certain whether this is final.
We should manually draw as many of these as reasonable; especially the ones that complement the existing manually drawn ones from the U+2500..25AF range (e.g. eighths).
Also let's not forget to update doc/boxes.txt with cool new test patterns.
