VTE's response to CSI 2 1 t incorrectly formatted

Description
Please describe the problem: Some source cleanups left an "L" out of VTE's response to the CSI 2 1 t escape.
Steps to reproduce:
- echo -ne '\e[21t'
Actual results: VTE (in gnome-terminal) omits the "L" in the response, sending only: OSC "Terminal" ST
Expected results: VTE to respond: OSC "LTerminal" ST
Does this happen every time? Yes
Other information: Looks like someone just missed the "L" when cleaning up the code in r1446; see http://svn.gnome.org/viewcvs/vte/trunk/src/vteseq.c?view=diff&r1=1445&r2=1446#h3975 . See also http://rtfm.etla.org/xterm/ctlseq.html#CSI%20Ps%20;%20Ps%20;%20Ps%20t for one source that documents the expected results of CSI 2 1 t.
