set_name() not working on Gtk.ListBox

Steps to reproduce

  1. ...
  2. ...
  3. ...

Current behavior

Using set_name() or set_css_name() does not seem to be being applied to Gtk.ListBox. This is according to, I'm guessing Gtk Inspector, when I enable Window.set_interactive_debugging() to true. The name will apply if I use Gtk Inspector to set it but it's NOT being set by my application. My application is written in Vala, NOT C, so this might be a Vala issue...

Expected outcome

I'm expecting set_name(), set_css_name() to do their respective duties.
