var var
Why can I declare var var = new Foo ()
, but not access var.field
afterwards?
If it makes more or less sense to me that a variable may be called var
- but let's say we can because of compatibility - then it should be possible to use it properly. And I don't see where var.field
could clash with other syntaxes.
