No way to parse a uint64 from a string with a non-10 base

Submitted by Philip Withnall @pwithnall

Link to original bug (#656691)

Description

Since string.to_ulong() was deprecated in favour of uint64.parse(), there's no way that I can see of parsing a string to a uint64 with a numeric base which isn't 10.

Would it be possible to expose uint64.ascii_strtoull() publicly?
