handling ontology parsing errors and point to the line where the error happened

AbanoubGhadban requested to merge AbanoubGhadban/tracker:add_ontology_parsing_warnings into master

The MR updates the error the warning messages that are printed while parsing of the ontology file if a parsing error is found. The warning messages is updated to print the current line and column numbers where the error is happened.
