Extend extractor test suite

Add a bunch of tests to bring all tracker-extract code files to the yellow >=75% area in coverage.

Overall, this should also be a net size reduction in tarball and shallow clone size as well. The added files are about 700KB, and our current largest test file (3.5MB) was removed and replaced with something smaller.
