Avoid Nepomuk ontology access by file paths

Carlos Garnacho requested to merge carlosg/tracker-miners:wip/nepomuk-resource into master

Prefer the Nepomuk ontology built into the Tracker SPARQL library, and adapt to the library not installing these files anymore.
