I have a 144 Hz monitor. I'm getting heavy jitter trying to play 72 and 144-FPS videos in Totem. Example videos which can clearly demonstrate the issue (if it reproduces) are attached.
mpv (waylandvk backend, no hw decoding) play both videos back fine with next to no jitter (only occasionally you see a jump). In Totem the 72-FPS video sometimes plays mostly-fine and sometimes has heavy jitter. The 144-FPS video always has heavy jitter.
Switching the monitor to 120 Hz and trying to play back 60 and 120-FPS videos also results in heavy jitter. Switching the monitor to 60 Hz and trying to play back the 60-FPS video results in mostly fine playback.
Fedora 31, totem 3.34.1-1.fc31, mutter 3.34.4-1.fc31, gnome-shell 3.34.4-1.fc31, Wayland session, AMD RX 580.
