Recording timestamp shown in the title of the headerbar does not match system time settings

My computer is uses the en_CA locale, on the NYC timezone, in 24-hour format.
However, when I record with sysprof, it shows this mismatch compared to GNOME Shell's (correct) time:

i.e. it shows 11h00 PM (23h00) instead of 18h00.

I suspect this is sysprof dealing with time as UTC (it is indeed currently 23h Reykjavik time as I write this) but not doing the conversion when displaying it in the GUI, whether timezones or 12-vs-24-hours format.

The screenshot above is for the unsaved new recording file state; for saved files, I would expect it to update its title to match the saved filename (#125), so in that case the correct timestamp would need to be put in the subtitle property instead of the title.
