Inconsistent active/inactive Sushi window start. Escape (ESC) key not always closes Sushi.
Environment:
Fedora 34 (Workstation Edition) GNOME 40.3.0
Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Clean start Nautilus.
- Select file and hit SPACEBAR to open file in Sushi.
- Sushi launches in active window (Nautilus becomes inactive). Escape (ESC) key closes Sushi window.
- Subsequent Sushi launches in inactive window (Nautilus is active). Escape key not closes window.
Expected behavior:
ESC key should close Sushi window disregarding of the Sushi window state:
- When Sushi window is active, Nautilus is inactive.
- When Sushi window is inactive, Finder window is active.
It would be also useful to make Sushi consistently start in either active or inactive window state.
P.S.
If Nautilus window looses focus for ~30 seconds Sushi will run again in focused active window. Escape key will close sushi window. Subsequent Sushi starts in unfocused inactive window.
