refactor: replace canberra with GNotification

Replace canberra notification with GNotification.

This commit replace the functionality, changing the notification to GNotify and removing sound notifications.

This is part of the effort to change into GTK4, #13

This is an example of how it looks the notification when extracting 2 files.
