provide metadata dbus service for gvfs cdda:// backend

Description
For the gvfs cdda:// backend it would be nice to show proper metadata about the audio tracks. Rather than both lifting this code from s-j as well as dealing with editing metadata / submitting it to (e.g.) Musicbrainz... it would make sense if we could get it from s-j itself.
Ideally s-j would make available a D-Bus session service that the cdda backend would call into. So the way it would work is that upon audio disc insertion we'd call into that service and it returns the metadata.
(Oh, and the reason I'd like a D-Bus service rather than a library.. is to avoid a hard dependency on s-j for gvfs so it will work even if the service is not available. But I the library-route works too assuming no UI libraries are pulled in.)
There's some detail here as well

but am filing it in bugzilla so we won't worget.
Thoughts?
