Sound Juicer continues when disc is ejected

Description
Please describe the problem: I'm using sound-juicer 2.20.1 and I start ripping a CD. While it's ripping, I open up the file menu and click on Eject or hit Ctrl+J (to eject the disc), the disc ejects but Sound Juicer seems to think it's still reading the data from the disc. The Title, Artist and Genre fields grey out like normal and the tracks on the disc also disappear like they're supposed to. However, the progress bar in the bottom left keeps on going up and it still displays the speed and estimated time. Sound Juicer keeps on writing to the output file until it reaches the end of the track. Note: When it does stop writing to the output file, the size of the file seems to be correct and is the same as it would be if the disc was present in the drive the whole time, but obviously the file's corrupted and can't be played.
If you reproduce this with only a single track ticked it shows a completion dialog when it's finished saying, " has been copied successfully". If you reproduce when there's more tracks ticked after the one you ejected on, it will show errors saying it can't open the device for reading and that it had an error ripping pipeline and the Bug Buddy appears.
Note: I get the same result with any output format selected.
Steps to reproduce:
- Start ripping a CD like normal (in any output format)
- Open up file menu and click Eject or hit Ctrl+J
