Handle hidden tracks on CDs

Description
While trying to work out the cause of bug 168994, I found a few of my CDs had hidden tracks accessible by rewinding from the first track.
This type of hidden track can be detected by the fact that the first track starts signficantly later than the first sector on the disc (5 or 10 seconds, maybe?).
It would be pretty cool if Sound Juicer could rip them.
The other sort of hidden/bonus track that I often find is where the last track on the CD ends with a long stretch of silence and the hidden track. This is particularly annoying, since both sonds end up in the same output file along with the silence.
It would be nice if Sound Juicer could detect this case and output two files without the silence in between (I realise that this is probably a lot more difficult than the first request).
