regression: bad sound quality and no config options

Description
After recently trying out sound-juicer again, I noticed that by default everything is encoded in terribly low 112 kbit quality (in ogg). Additionally, I could not find any way of configuring the preferred quality for ogg-vorbis ripping. I remember, that this used to be possible in old sound-juicer 2.x (See https://help.gnome.org/users/sound-juicer/stable/sound-juicer.html which seems to still refer to that version, since the new one does not have this preference-dialog.)
While I understand that apps should be fairly simple to use, I find removing such critical functionality is a very bad idea. Since it seems to be impossible to set a decent quality, this application (unfortunately) has become pretty much useless too me - and very likely to most others since I cannot imagine anyone wanting to rip CDs in awful 112 kbit.
Version: 3.12.x
