clarify project licence in appdata

nick richards requested to merge nick.richards/simple-scan:appdata-licence into master

Fixes #237 (closed) with the upstream recommended solution of removing CC-BY-SA from the project licence.

Also a couple of tiny English style fixes in the appdata description...
