Mangled scans on Canon FB630U
On a Lenovo T590, running Ubuntu 22.04.1 LTS, with simple-scan version 42.0, I'm trying to scan a document with a (old) Canon FB630U. The scanner is detected without problems, has no problems with scanning, but the resulting scans are mangled: parts are on the incorrect spot, several different colors on a black-and-white paper. Tried several settings to no avail. Retried the same on my Lenovo T430, running Ubuntu 20.04.5 LTS, with simple-scan version 3.36.3. This combination works as it should. The Ubuntu installations are up-to-date (updated 3 okt 2022), and the simple-scans's are from the Ubuntu repositories. I tried to use the 3.36.3 version from the T430 on the T590; it fails same as the 42.0 version. So the problem seems not to be related to simple-scan's version..
