Original description:
Scroll to the end of the photo library, click and hold the mouse and drag downward. You'll end up with a corrupted display area showing repeated fragments of the last few photos. If you move any other window over that area and then move it away, the area won't repaint.

This behavior appears to be new with GTK 2.18, found in Ubuntu 9.10.

It appears that the newer version of GTK does not clamp the Gtk.Adjustment values the way they were clamped in 2.16.
