Original description:
On Windows we can't yet publish to Facebook and Flickr, because publishing requires WebKit and we can't yet easily build WebKit/%(=caps)GTK% on Windows. All other libraries Shotwell requires on Windows are available as prebuilt binaries. I hope that a prebuilt WebKit/%(=caps)GTK% for Windows will appear at some point too.

We spent some time playing with the openSUSE WebKit Windows binary found at
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/windows:/mingw:/win32/openSUSE_11.2/ noarch/
but it doesn't seem to be ready for prime time just yet. Dropping from 0.4.
