If I hold down the Shift key and press an arrow key, Shotwell should select multiple photos. (iPhoto supports this, by the way.)

Multiple selection should work like it does in icon view in Nautilus.
Ideally we'd draw a dotted rectangle around the most recently selected photo in a multiple selection, just like in Nautilus, though that could reasonably be deferred to a separate ticket if it's non-trivial.

Setting to default milestone for this product, "---". Setting qa contact to the default for this product. This bug either had no qa contact or an invalid one.
