Random value for exposure time shifted by when adjusting time and date
Mandatory: Shotwell version the issue was seen with
shotwell-0.31.7-1.fc37.aarch64.html
Issue not seen with last version for Fedora 36 (shotwell-0.31.4-1.fc36) and not seen with version installed from flathub (0.30.17)
The expected behaviour
When selecting adjusting time and date, dialogue displayed should be: "Exposure time will be shifted backward/forward by 1 hour" (for instance)
What was actually happening
Dialogue displayed: "Exposure time will be shifted backward/forward by 16751 days/hours/etc."
Steps to reproduce the issue
Select a photo / group of photos and adjust time / date. Issue also happened when nothing changes, eg. if just clicking on the same date that the photo was actually taken, it displays ""Exposure time will be shifted backward/forward by" and then a seemingly random value which changes every time I clicked on the same date / any other date.
