shotwell should be make-installable to /opt

Description
When the configure --prefix is set to (for example) /opt/shotwell, make install fails. :-(
This seems to be due to the fact that the installation of plugins to an "unknown" location is refused:
libtool: install: /usr/bin/install -c plugins/common/.libs/libshotwell-plugin-common.lai /opt/shotwell/lib/libshotwell-plugin-common.la libtool: error: error: cannot install 'plugins/authenticator/libshotwell-authenticator.la' to a directory not ending in /usr/local/lib
It would be nice to be able to install shotwell to different locations (apart from /usr/local) and /opt/<packagenamne>
should be a possible one as recommended by the LSB.
