To reproduce:
- Import a photo with no Exif data (#7681 has such a photo)
- View photo's Extended Information
You'll see an exposure date/time that matches the file's mtime. This is incorrect; Extended Information should only show photo metadata. It's possible mtime will be used elsewhere in Shotwell as a replacement for exposure date/time (see #3300 (closed)), but Extended Information is a metadata viewer.
