It might be nice if I could select an event in Shotwell and press Publish to publish all its photos at once, without having to select all the photos in the event.

with that, It's can be usefull to have a option to publish only photos where rating is great than X

Roumano: I doubt we'll implement that as a separate option, since it's already so easy today:

Select the event you want.

Filter by rating (e.g. press Ctrl+5 to show only 5-star photos).

Press Ctrl+A to select all photos in view.

Press Shift+Ctrl+P to publish them.

Ok, it's was just a idea about it.
If it's so easy to publish, why we still neeed this feature ? This better to close it.

Well, I still think it might be convenient to be able to select an event in the Events view, then press Publish to publish it. I don't think this is a terribly high priority, though.
